POLICIES
RETURNS & DAMAGES POLICIES
Pizazzy Pops strives to guarantee our products to arrive undamaged and properly packaged. We cannot give refunds on food items.
Pizazzy Pops cannot provide refunds based on individual tastes, likes or dislikes. Replacements or credits are offered for damaged or defective items only. Pizazzy Pops requires a written description about the damaged product(s) within 5 days of receiving the order. Credit or replacement will not occur without pictures of the damaged item(s) and shipping package.
Pizazzy Pops disclaims liability for all consequential damages arising out of and related to the use of its products. The user assumes all risks associated with the use of Pizazzy Pops products.
CANCELLATIONS
Orders may be cancelled within the first 24 hours of purchase. Refunds will be provided minus any processing fees. Store credit may so be given in lieu of refunds.
SHIPPING
We ship our products by the USPS Priority Mail 2 - 3 day shipping option. We do allow for local pickup at a neutral or public location. You can always find us at a craft fair round town!
PACKAGING
Our lollipops are wrapped in food grade wrapping. We are able to do different labeling at your request for an additional cost. A quote will be provided.
NEWSLETTERS AND EMAILS
Emails and Newsletters are sent out periodically. You may unsubscribe at any time. Providing us with your email gives us permission to send newsletter and emails. By providing your email during a purchase allows us to include you on newsletters and emails.

TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Our Store shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Our Store shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Our Store shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
